WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – The top four batters in the Lycoming College lineup scored 10 runs off the strength of five hits and seven walks, also driving in six, as the team came back from a four-run first-inning deficit to post a 13-7 Landmark Conference win over Susquehanna University on Wednesday afternoon, March 25, at Brandon Park.

Sean Perkins (Berlin, N.J./Eastern Regional) scored three runs, walking twice, senior
Nick Reeder (Montoursville, Pa./Montoursville Area) tripled, scored three times and drove in two, senior
A.J. Llorente (Williamsport, Pa./Montoursville Area) had two hits for the fourth game in a row, scoring twice and driving in three, and senior
Brody Lindsey (Monrovia, Md./DeMatha Catholic) also had two hits, a double, two runs and a RBI. Junior
Eric MacCluen (Downingtown, Pa./Bishop Shanahan) was 2-for-5 with a double and two RBI and sophomore
Kaden Shay (South Williamsport, Pa./South Williamsport) scored two runs, had a hit and two walks.

After Susquehanna (10-9, 1-3) scored four in the first inning, the Warriors (10-11, 3-5) came back to tie the game in the fifth inning, as Reeder got the team on the board with a two-run triple before Llorente scored him with a single. Llorente later scored on a groundout from senior
Josh Bottger (Wilkes-Barre, Pa./Wilkes-Barre Area) and Lindsey gave Lycoming its first lead by scoring on a single from junior
Anthony Guzman (Inglewood, Calif./Paramount).

Susquehanna scored a pair of runs in the sixth to take the lead back, but Lycoming answered right back, with Llorente driving a two-RBI bases-loaded single through the right side in the bottom of the inning to score Shay and Perkins. Reeder scored on a passed ball.

In the eighth, the Warriors broke the game open with five runs on one hit, taking advantage of five walks, a hit batter and an error to keep the inning going. MacCluen had a two-RBI single with the bases loaded in the inning.

The Warriors used eight pitchers with first-year
Brayden Maksimik (Shenandoah, Pa./Shenandoah Valley) (2-2) earning the win thanks to a scoreless inning of work. Brayden McCourt took the loss for Susquehanna, allowing three runs, a hit and a walk in 1/3 inning.
