CHESTER, Pa. – Despite getting two more shots off, the Lycoming College men's soccer team fell to Widener University, 1-0, in non-conference action on Saturday, Aug. 30, at Leslie C. Quick Jr. Stadium.
 
Michael Buckley scored the lone goal for the Pride (1-1 overall).
 
Junior Aidan Stillman (Silver Spring, Md./Albert Einstein) led the Warriors (0-2 overall) with three shots.
 
Sophomore Jace Bennett (Falling Waters, W.Va./Spring Mills) stopped three shots in net for the Warriors. Tristan Willey had four saves in the shutout for the Pride, as he faced 10 Lycoming shots.
 
The Warriors host Misericordia University in non-conference action on Wednesday, Sept. 3, at 7 p.m., at UPMC Field.
