SHAWNEE-ON-DELAWARE, Pa. – Sophomore
Will Eberz (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg) notched a 6-over-par 78 to lead the Lycoming College golf team on day one of the Landmark Conference Championships at the par-72, 6,714-yard Shawnee Golf Resort on Saturday morning, April 26.

The Warriors shot a season-best 342 to finish 10
th on the first day at the championships, while Drew leads the field with a 1-over-par 289. Drew's Liam Larkin leads the field with a 3-under-par 69.

Eberz notched five birdies and four pars during his round, going under-par on the par-5, 492-yard No. 6, the par-4, 429-yard No. 10, the par-5, 569-yard No. 11, the par-5, 567-yard No. 13, and the par-5, 521-yard, No. 15.

Connor Shanahan (Chester Springs, Pa./Downingtown East) notched an 11-over-par 83 to finish the day 37
th in the field of 50 golfers, sophomore
Mikey Fry (Muncy, Pa./Muncy) added an 89 and sophomore
Ross Eyer (Muncy, Pa./Muncy) notched a 92 to round out the scoring four. Sophomore
Christian Eppley (Woodbridge, Va./Colgan) also posted a 94.

Lycoming will finish the Landmark Conference Championship on Sunday, April 27, with the 18-hole round at Shawnee Golf Resort kicking off at 7:57 a.m.
