Elisha Slabach (Cleona, Pa./Annville-Cleona) led the Lycoming College men's basketball team with eight points, as the 22
nd-ranked Catholic University of America shot 47 percent from the field in a 82-49 Landmark Conference decision at Lamade Gym on Saturday afternoon, Nov. 22.

Lycoming was held to 33.3 percent (18-of-54) from the floor in the contest. Senior
Isaiah Valentine (Mifflinburg, Pa./Mifflinburg Area) and senior
Lane Yoder (Mifflinburg, Pa./Mifflinburg Area) each added seven points and sophomore
Princeton Layton (Katy, Texas/Katy Paetow) and junior
Hayden Pardoe (Mill Hall, Pa./Central Mountain) each had six. Pardoe added five rebounds and three assists and first-year
Noa'Sosa Friedman (Louisville, Ky./St. Xavier) finished with four points, four assists and two steals.

Catholic jumped out on a 20-3 run to start the game and led 39-21 at halftime. In the second half, the Warriors pulled within 14 twice before the Cardinals used a 23-3 run later in the half to pull away.

George Seidman led the Cardinals with 13 points and three steals. Ryan Pegg had 11 points and seven rebounds and C.J. Ruoff added 11 points and eight rebounds. Brian Herbert had six assists.

The Warriors are back on the court on Monday, Nov. 24, when they host King's College at 7 p.m. in Lamade Gym.
