WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – A goal in each half was enough to lift the Lycoming College men's soccer team to a 2-1 win over Mount Aloysius in non-conference action under the lights at UPMC Field on Wednesday, Sept. 4.

th minute score from Mount Aloysius (1-2 overall), not allowing a late shot after George Campbell fired a shot into the right corner after winning a ball in the box.

Christian Woobay (Gaithersburg, Md./Quince Orchard) headed it across the box, where a waiting senior

Thomas Geyer (Havre de Grace, Md./Harford Tech) put the game away in the 78
th minute, scoring with a laser into the left corner from 25 yards out.

The Warriors held a 15-6 advantage in shots and 5-1 in corner kicks, while the Mounties committed five more fouls, 17-12.

Jace Bennett (Falling Waters, W.Va./Spring Mills) stopped two shots to earn his third win. Sam Denchfield made four saves for the Mounties.
