CARLISLE, Pa. – Sophomores Will Eberz (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg) and Connor Shanahan (Chester Springs, Pa./Downingtown East) fired an 80 and 81, respectively, to lead the Lycoming College golf team, which competed on a wet Monday, Sept. 23, in the Dickinson Fall Invitational at the par-72, 6,670-yard Carlisler Barracks Golf Club.
 
The Warriors finished 19^th in the 20-team field with a 361, as junior Dylan Seck (Athens, Pa./Sayre Area) (91) and first-year Gabe Cendoma (Williamsport, Pa./St. John Neumann) rounded out the team's scoring four. Millersville won the team title with a 292. Millersville's Timothy Peters earned medalist honors with a 5-under-par 67.
 
Eberz finished tied for 52^nd in the 99-player field and Shanahan was 66^th. Eberz posted 11 pars and shot a 2-over-par 38 on the front nine. Shanahan had nine birdies, shot a 4-over-par 40 on the back nine and birdied the par-4, 299-yard No. 15.
 
The Warriors get back into action on Thursday, Oct. 10, when they head to the Golf Course at Frosty Valley for a 12 p.m. shotgun start at the Husky Invitational.
