Warriors fall to regionally-ranked Ithaca

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Ithaca College, ranked second in Region IV, ended the Lycoming College women's soccer team's school-record seven-game winning streak, with a 6-0 victory on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 21, at UPMC Field.

Sophomore Mia Pollack (Mountain Top, Pa. / Crestwood) notched 11 saves for the Warriors (7-1 overall).

First-year Marissa Price (Hicksville, N.Y. / Hicksville) entered as goalie for the last 16 minutes of the second half. She made two saves.

In the net for Ithaca (5-0-2 overall), Grace Hickey notched one save.

Ally Stanton and Lilyana Baldi led the Bombers with a goal and an assist each, as Ithaca scored once in the first half and five times in the second.

The Warriors play again on Tuesday, Sept. 24, at Penn St.-Harrisburg at 7 p.m.
