WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – A first-half goal from junior Aubrey Williamson (Lititz, Pa./Warwick) and a second-half goal from senior Sydney Sellers (Huntingdon, Pa. / Huntingdon Area) lifted the Lycoming College women's soccer team to a 2-0 win over Delaware Valley University on Saturday, Sept. 14, at UPMC Field, securing the team's sixth consecutive win to start the season.
The Warriors' 6-0 start is the best in program history, breaking the mark of the 2022 team that won its first five games.

Senior Haley Schafer (Camden, Del. / Caesar Rodney) assisted Sellers to secure the Warriors' second goal on a corner kick in the 76th minute.
In net, senior Abbey Gerasimoff (Hicksville, N.Y. / Hicksville) yielded to junior Riley Block (Hopatcong, N.J. / Morris Catholic), who took over in the 24th minute and made eight saves against the Aggies, while Delaware Valley's Viola Anderson notched six against the Warriors.
Sophomore Ella Magee (Selinsgrove, Pa. / Selinsgrove Area) fired five of Lycoming's 12 shots with three being on goal. Delaware Valley accumulated 11 shots against the Warriors. Lycoming posted four corner kicks to Delaware Valley's two.
