BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Junior
Brynne Bisel (Julian, Pa./Bald Eagle Area) led the Lycoming College volleyball team with eight kills and nine digs, but a solid-hitting effort helped Moravian University post a 3-0 (25-23, 25-21, 25-15) Landmark Conference win on Saturday, Oct. 19, at Johnston Hall.

Cameron Upcraft (Spring Mills, Pa./Penns Valley) notched five kills and senior
Camryn Quelet (Hagerstown, Md./North Hagerstown) added four kills and seven digs for the Warriors (8-13 overall, 2-5 Landmark). Senior
Ali Koval (Mansfield, Pa./North Penn-Mansfield) posted 12 digs and senior
Kendall Myers (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Trinity) added nine. Sophomores
Haley Balgavy (Warrenton, Va./Kettle Run) and
Alli Macensky (Galeton, Pa./Galeton Area) each had two aces, with Balgavy leading the team with 11 assists.

The Warriors worked through 21 ties and 14 lead changes in the match, but Moravian used a 5-1 run to end the first set in its favor, 25-23, and a 9-5 run to end the second set, 25-21.

Mackenzie Krasley had 13 kills, hitting .765, Payton Reuber added 11 and Jenna Deegan posted 10 for the Greyhounds (14-9 overall, 2-3 Landmark). Ally Plitnick had 36 assiss and Sam Love led the team with seven aces and 15 digs.

The Warriors get back on the court on Tuesday, Oct. 22, when they head to Houghton University for a 7 p.m. non-conference match.
