Isaiah Valentine (Mifflinburg, Pa./Mifflinburg) led the Lycoming College men's basketball team with 11 points, five rebounds and two steals as it fell to Wilkes University, 85-43, in Landmark Conference action at the Marts Center on Wednesday night, Jan. 24.

Wilkes (14-4 overall, 7-4 Landmark) opened the game with the first 11 points and led 34-13 with 5:47 left in the half before taking a 39-20 lead into the locker room. They finished the game on a 21-2 run, as they shot 48 percent from the field (36-of-75).

Wilkes was led by 12 points a piece from Lucas Lesko and Joey Zvorsky and Trent Fisher added 10 points, 10 rebounds and four assists. Twelve Colonels scored in the game.

The Warriors are back on the court on Saturday, Jan. 27, when they host Drew University at 2 p.m. to start a Landmark Conference doubleheader.
