MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Senior 
Nick Wilke (Mercerville, N.J./Notre Dame) stopped six shots to ensure his fourth shutout of the season and the 13
th of his career, as he led the Lycoming College men's soccer team in a 0-0 tie with Penn State Harrisburg on Wednesday night, Sept. 20, at the Penn State Harrisburg Turf Field.
 
Wilke notched six saves, including four in the second half, as he moved into a tie with David Bald (2006-09) for sixth in career shutouts. The six saves were one shy of his season-high, as Penn State Harrisburg (2-3-3 overall) was on target with six of their nine shots.
 
The Warriors (3-2-3 overall) fired eight shots in the game, forcing Marcus Godley to finish with five saves. The Warriors held an 8-4 advantage in corner kicks and were whistled six times for fouls while the Nittany Lions were whistled 12.
 
The game was Lycoming's third 0-0 tie of the season and the the defense's fifth clean sheet this year.
 
The Warriors are back in action on Saturday, Sept. 23, when they host Goucher College in the Landmark Conference opener at 1 p.m. at UPMC Field.
