DALLAS, Pa. – Sweeping all three doubles matches and taking four of the six singles bouts, the Lycoming College men's tennis team picked up its first win of the year, 7-2, in non-conference action at Misericordia University on Tuesday, Sept. 19.

Connor Albaugh (Montoursville, Pa./Loyalsock Township), sophomore
Domanick Young (Montoursville, Pa./Montoursville Area) and junior
Matthew Baldridge (Damascus, Md./Damascus) all posted singles and doubles wins for the Warriors (1-1 overall).

Leach and Albaugh teamed up for an 8-4 win at No. 1 over Dalton Alexander and Mikey Dylina, Baldridge and junior
Mohamed Ebeid (Cairo, Egypt/Egyptian British International) notched an 8-4 win over Dominic Brower and Christian Mazza at No. 2 and sophomores
Josh Neidert (Reading, Pa./Oley Valley) and Young added an 8-1 win over Hunter Wesolowski and Karol Bialek at No. 3.

Leach followed with a 6-2, 6-3 win at No. 1, Albaigh beat Chase Cavanaugh, 6-1, 6-1 at No. 3, Young earned the clinching point, 6-3, 6-3 over Noah Ceklosky at No. 5 and Baldridge added a 7-5, 6-4 win over Derek Burcik at No. 6.

The Warriors are back on the court on Saturday, Sept. 30, when they host Penn College at 1 p.m. at Brandon Park.
