SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – The Lycoming College women's tennis team fell to first-place Stevens Institute of Technology, 9-0, in MAC Freedom action on Saturday, April 15, at the Central PA Tennis Center.
 
Sophomore Sarah Lanphear (Chittenango, N.Y./Chittenango) won six games in her superset match at No. 5 singles to lead the team.
 
The Warriors fell to 6-7 overall and 1-3 in the MAC Freedom and the Ducks improved to 7-5 overall and 6-0 in the conference.
 
The Warriors are back in action on Sunday, April 16, when they head to FDU-Florham for a 1 p.m. MAC Freedom match.
