Katie Maguire (Garnerville, N.Y./Albertus Magnus) found the back of the net five times to lead the Lycoming College women's lacrosse team, and first-year
Riley Block (Hopatcong, N.J./Morris Catholic) and sophomore
Kailey Stocker (Ringwood, N.J./Lakeland Regional) also notched hat tricks in a 17-11 non-conference victory over Randolph College on Wednesday afternoon, March 14, at Wildcat Stadium.

Maguire recorded two assists and a ground ball to go with her five goals. Block scored four goals and recorded two assists, causing one turnover. Stocker finished with three goals and an assist. Sophomore
Alexa Baldwin (Bel Air, Md./Harford Tech) notched two goals, two assists, a ground ball and a caused turnover. Junior
Riley Cranmer (Butler, Pa./Butler Area) put up two goals, an assist, and a ground ball. First-year
Nya Smith (Baltimore, Md./Vermont Academy) finished with a goal and two ground balls.

The Warriors dominated the first half with both Maguire and Block racking up their hat tricks. Maguire opened the scoring at 12:11 on a good clear, firing from inside the goal crease. She scored again two minutes later on a Wildcats turnover. Stocker struck soon after with Baldwin on the assist. Block ended the first quarter with her first goal at 1:18 and a second with 34 second remaining to make it 5-1.

Baldwin found the back of the next at 9:23 in the second after senior
Gabriella Haug (Barrington, N.H./Oyster River) snagged the ground ball and was able to keep the possession with the Warriors a woman-down. Maguire's third goal came on a free-position attempt at 6:35. Block's third, assisted by Maguire at 2:15, followed a draw control won by junior
Alyssa Zorbaugh (York, Pa./West York). Cranmer put the Warriors up by five goals with her score with 93 seconds left in the half, tallying a 9-4 at the break.

Putting up another five goals in the third quarter, Maguire's fourth goal came off a draw to start the quarter. At 10:47, Block put up her fourth of the game after a good clear by the Warriors. Maguire scored again at 7:43 as Smith was able to gain possession of a ground ball to set up the shot. Cranmer's second goal gave the Warriors an eight-point lead, as she scored off a rebound shot by Maguire.

Entering the final 15 minutes of the game, the Wildcats posted four unanswered goals to bring the difference to five at 14-9 before Smith was able to put one in the back of the net at the halfway point of the quarter. Stocker finished off her hat trick with 4:10 to keep the Wildcats at bay. Both teams finished the game with another goal a piece, Baldwin scoring the final goal.

Sophia Cirone and Beverly Alcock led the Wildcats with four goals each, as Cirone added two assists and four ground balls.

Junior goalkeeper
Zoe Stauffer (Litiz, Pa./Warwick) earned the win with nine saves. Taylor Batty also made nine saves for the Wildcats on 36 shots.

The Warriors return to the field on Saturday, March 18, when they travel to Buffalo State for a 1 p.m. start.
