WILLIAMSPORT, Pa.- The Lycoming College volleyball team fell 3-0 (25-10, 25-8, 25-13) to the defending NCAA champions, top-ranked Juniata College, in Landmark Conference action at Lamade Gymnasium on Tuesday night, Oct. 10.
First-year
Caroline Colucci (Denville, N.J./Roxbury) had three kills and one block for the Warriors (11-4 overall, 1-4 Landmark). Sophomore
Cameron Upcraft (Spring Mills, Pa./Penns Valley) and junior
Jessica Ahart (Boyertown, Pa./Boyertown Area) both had four kills. Junior
Kendall Myers (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Trinity) added nine digs.
Emily Sullivan and Jacqueline Bryant each had seven kills for the Eagles (16-0 overall, 5-0 Landmark), Sophia Repholz had seven aces, Sydney Ohl had 14 digs and Abbey Telesz had 11 assists.
The Warriors are back on the court in a tri-match on Saturday, Oct. 14. They will be hosting Delaware Valley at 11 a.m. and Keuka College at 3 p.m. at Lamade Gym.
