Warriors post sixth straight shutout at Bethany

BETHANY, W.V. - The Lycoming College women's soccer team notched their school-record sixth straight shutout, extending the school record to 594 scoreless minutes, with a 0-0 draw at Bethany College on Saturday, Sept. 17, at Hoag Field.
 
The Warriors (5-0-2 overall) outshot the Bison (4-0-2 overall), 24-14. First-year goalkeeper Riley Block (Hopatcong, N.J./Morris Catholic) made seven saves for Lycoming and Bethany keeper Corinne Grabow made 12 stops.
 
Senior Bella Green (South Williamsport, Pa./South Williamsport Area) led the Warriors with 10 total shots and first-year Aubrey Williamson (Lititz, Pa./Warwick) had four shots on goal.
 
The Warriors return to the field on Wednesday, Sept. 21, when they host Susquehanna University in the River Derby at 4 p.m. at UPMC Field.
