DANVILLE, Pa. – Senior Jon Marble (Honeoye, N.Y./Honeoye) led the Lycoming College golf team with a season-best 87 at the Husky Invitational, hosted at the par-72, 6,676-yard Frosty Valley Country Club on Thursday afternoon, April 14.
 
Marble posted five pars and a birdie on the par-3, 174-yard fourth hole en route to a 17^th-place finish.
 
Senior Mike Turck (Homer, N.Y./Homer) notched a 90, junior Blake Premo (Massena, N.Y./Massena) notched a 96 and junior Michael Coe (Pittston, Pa./Pittston Area) finished with a 100 to give the team a score of 393. Sophomore Ian Plankenhorn (Montoursville, Pa./Montoursville Area) added a 105.
 
The Warriors will now have nine days to get set for the MAC Freedom Championships at the Huntsville Golf Club, with tee off on the first day of the 36-hole event set for 11 a.m.
