Juliana McGovern (Selinsgrove, Pa./Selinsgrove Area) posted her team-leading second goal of the year as the Lycoming College field hockey team rallied in the second half, falling to Albright College, 5-1, in non-conference action on Tuesday night, Oct. 4, at UPMC Field at Keiper Stadium.

Isabella Bobé (York Springs, Pa./Bermudian Springs) stopped eight shots in net, as Albright (3-8 overall) took 15 shots in the contest.

The Warriors (2-8 overall) took three shots, with two coming from McGovern, who scored in the 43
rd minute off a dish from sophomore
Adrianna Simpson (Muncy, Pa./Muncy).

Albright scored three goals in the first eight minutes, with Chelsea Johnson leading the way with a goal and an assist. Molly Shore added a second quarter goal and Laurel Gingrich scored in the fourth quarter.

Veronica Hickman made one save for the Lions in the first half and Adele Thomas allowed a goal in the second half.

The Warriors get back on the field on Friday, Oct. 7, when they head to Delaware Valley for a MAC Freedom game at 7 p.m.
