WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – The seventh-seeded Lycoming College men's tennis team fell to second-seeded DeSales University, 5-0, in the MAC Freedom Championship quarterfinals on Monday afternoon, May 3, at the DeSales Tennis Courts.
 
The Warriors finish the year 2-8 overall. DeSales improved to 10-1 and will move on to the semifinals to face the winner of No. 3 Wilkes and No. 6 Arcadia on Wednesday, May 4.
 
The two teams played singles first to beat the rain in the forecast, allowing them to finish before rain did hit the Lehigh Valley.
 
Sophomore Nate Redell's match was left unfinished after Danny Lynn won the first set 6-3.
