WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Junior
Tyler Flood (Carlisle, Pa./Big Spring) posted two goals to lead the Lycoming College team, which beat Wilkes University, 3-1, in a spring game at UPMC Field on Sunday, March 28, opening a run of four games during the spring semester for the team.

The Warriors got on the board in the 10
th minute when senior
Jared Moses (Baltimore, Md./McDonogh School) connected on a cross from senior
Josh Cruz (Laurel, Md./Eleanor Roosevelt). Flood added his first tally nine minutes later when senior
Leland Malloy (Bethlehem, Conn./Nonnewaug) got the ball on the right sideline, took a big dribble and sent a cross to the right corner of the box, where Flood connected.

In the second half, the Warriors expanded the lead to 3-0 when junior
Josh Zinngrebe (Bethesda, Md./Walter Johnson) lifted a through ball that senior
Alex Henry (Carlisle, Pa./Carlisle Area) dropped at the feet of Flood, who dribbled once, then found the right corner.

Wilkes got the benefit of a penalty kick with 2.5 seconds remaining.

The Warriors get back on the field on Friday, April 9, when they head to DeSales University for a 5 p.m. game.
