Warriors fall at DeSales

Center Valley, Pa. - Senior Alicia Blizzard (Lebanon, Pa./Cedar Crest) recorded three shots on goal to lead the Lycoming College women's soccer team as DeSales University claimed a 6-0 MAC Freedom win on Saturday afternoon, Oct. 23, at Duc Field.
 
Senior goalkeeper Jess Riordan (Vineland, N.J./Our Lady of Mercy) made six saves for the Warriors (9-5-1 overall, 2-3-1 MAC Freedom) before she was relieved by first-year Abbey Gerasimoff (Bloomsburg, Pa./Bloomsburg), who made four saves.
 
The Bulldogs (12-3-0 overall, 5-1-0 MAC Freedom) scored six goals, striking first just one minute in on a goal by Natalie Dorsheimer. Allie Trick scored two goals to lead the team.
 
The Warriors return to action on Sunday, Oct. 24 as they travel to Elmira College for a 1 p.m. non-conference match in Elmira, N.Y.
