BARNESVILLE, Pa. – Sophomore Andrew Everetts (Mansfield, Pa./North Penn-Mansfield) led the Lycoming College golf team with a career-best 89 to finish 23^rd at the Penn State Schuylkill Invitational at the par 72-6,184-yard Mountain Valley Golf Course.
 
Everetts' round helped him finish 23^rd in the field of 60 golfers, as Lycoming finished with a team score of 400 to finish 10^th in the field.
 
Freshman Brennan Shiffler (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin East) took 35^th with a round of 94, aided by a 1-over-par stretch on four holes in the back nine.
 
Senior Aaron Willsea (Wellsboro, Pa./Madison (N.J.)) finished with a 105, senior Joe Von Culin (Middlebury, Conn./Pomperaug) had a 112 and senior Oliver Uy (Levittown, N.Y./Division Ave.) rounded out the team's five competitors with a 135.
 
The Warriors get back on the course when they host their own tournament on Monday, Sept. 23, as the Williamsport Country Club Collegiate Invitational will begin at 12:30 p.m.
