HERSHEY, Pa. – For the third straight year, senior
Hailey Fricke (Denver, Pa./Garden Spot) earned a spot on an All-Middle Atlantic Conference team as she finished in the top 10 at the MAC Women's Golf Championship for the second time to earn second-team all-conference honors on Sunday, April 22.

Fricke shot a 94 to rise from 11
th to ninth in the final tournament standings at the par-71, 5,826-yard Hershey Country Club East Course. She finished the two-day event with a 190 (96-94), finishing one stroke out of sixth place and two out of fifth.

She was incredibly steady, posting nine bogeys and three pars in her round Sunday after she notched eight bogeys and two pars in the opening round.

Alvernia won the conference title by 16 strokes over Eastern, posting a two-day total of 737. The Golden Wolves' Emily Gilbert won the individual title by eight strokes over teammate Cayla McCarty.

As a junior, Fricke earned Honorable Mention All-MAC honors after taking 13th place during the two-day event, as she shot a 94 and 98. Fricke posted rounds of 91 and 92 to post a 183 at the MAC Championship as a sophomore, finishing in fifth place and earning First Team All-MAC honors.

The Warrior men's golf team will get their chance to participate in the conference tournament, heading to the MAC Commonwealth Championship for the two-day tournament at Hershey Country Club East Course beginning on Saturday, April 28, at 12 p.m.
