Kelly McGinniss (Randolph, N.J./Randolph) notched her eighth straight hat trick and senior
Jordan Lazarich (Deer Park, N.Y./Deer Park) and sophomore
Hailey Kimble (Corning, N.Y./Corning-Painted Post) each posted two goals, but the Lycoming College women's lacrosse team dropped a MAC Commonwealth game to Albright College, 19-8, on Wednesday afternoon, April 18, at Shirk Stadium.

McGinniss tallied two second half goals and one in the first, giving her 59 on the season and 193 in her career. Kimble scored multiple goals for the eighth straight game, doubling her scoring output from last season with 43 goals this season. Lazarich scored both her goals in the opening six minutes, giving her 52 on the season.

The Warriors (5-9 overall, 2-4 MAC Commonwealth) jumped out to an early 2-1 lead in the opening 82 seconds with goals from Kimble and Lazarich. Albright (10-4 overall, 4-1 MAC Commonwealth) Â scored two straight to take the lead, before Lycoming tied the game less than a minute later on Lazarich's second goal. McGinniss answered another Lions' goal with a man-up goal with 22:48 remaining. Albright, though, scored eight straight goals in the final 22:07 of the first half to take a 12-4 lead into the break.

McGinniss scored twice in the second half and sophomore
Kayla DiJoseph (Turnersville, N.J./Washington Township) and Kimble helped round out Lycoming's scoring column.

McGinniss added 11 draw controls and three groundballs. Lazarich earned five draw controls and senior
Jenna Hudson (Fulton, N.Y./G. Ray Bodley) picked up three groundballs.

Albright received six goals apiece from Devon Mela and Kelly Baumann. Sophia Bass also added three goals.

Sophomore goalkeeper
Bailey Parchesky (Painted Post, N.Y./Corning-Painted Post) made 10 saves in net, while Albright's Terae Mason made 14 saves.

The Warriors return to action on Saturday, April 21, when they host Hood College at the Shangraw Athletic Complex at 11 a.m. in a key MAC Commonwealth match.
