WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Senior
Jordan Lazarich (Deer Park, N.Y./Deer Park) moved into second on the program's career goals list with 171, but the Lycoming College women's lacrosse team fell to Susquehanna University, 18-11, on Tuesday afternoon, March 27, at the Shangraw Athletic Complex in non-conference action.

Lazarich notched two goals to give her 32 on the season and 171 in her career, moving her past Lycoming Athletics Hall of Famer Brenda MacPhail (1998-01). Junior
Kelly McGinniss (Randolph, N.J./Randolph) posted a hat trick with four goals and sophomore
Hailey Kimble (Corning, N.Y./Corning-Painted Post) tallied three goals and an assist for the Warriors (3-5 overall).

In the second half, the Warriors outscored the River Hawks, 7-6. McGinniss scored off a great shovel pass from sophomore
Kayla DiJoseph (Turnersville, N.J./Washington Township) that started a three-goal Warrior run in 90 seconds as Kimble and Lazarich scored the other two goals and McGinniss won all three draw controls in the spurt. Freshman
Taylor Herberger (Corning, N.Y./Corning-Painted Post) and Kimble each scored in the final 5:25 to make up the final score, as Lycoming eclipsed 10 goals for the seventh time in eight games.

Lycoming jumped out to an early 1-0 lead 19 seconds in on a free position goal by Lazarich, but Susquehanna (2-4 overall) scored seven of the next eight goals to take a 7-2 lead with 13:52 remaining in the opening half. McGinniss scored her second free-position goal and Kimble scored her first goal with 3:53 remaining to cut the deficit to 9-4, but Susquehanna tallied three goals in the final three minutes, including one at the halftime horn, to take an eight-goal advantage into the break.

Kathrina DeMaio scored five goals and added one assist and Gabi Toohey and Christine Hoerman each scored three goals apiece for the River Hawks.

Alexis Tchou (Mount Airy, Md./Urbana), who notched a first-half goal, each picked up three ground balls for Lycoming.

Bailey Parchesky (Painted Post, N.Y./Corning-Painted Post) played the first half while freshman
Ayana Hagan (Brooklyn, N.Y./KIPP College Prep) played the final 30 minutes with each making five saves. Libby Dex made eight saves in goal to earn the win.

The Warriors return to action on Thursday, March 29 when they host Lebanon Valley at the Shangraw Athletic Complex in their MAC Commonwealth opener at 4 p.m.
