STEVENSON, Md. – With a season-best time of 25.10.1 in the women's 6K race, junior
Kaylee Long (Milton, Pa./Milton) earned Third Team All-Middle Atlantic Conference honors on Saturday, Oct. 27, to highlight the Lycoming College cross country teams' time at the MAC Championships at Stevenson University's Greenspring Campus.

Long becomes the first Warrior women's runner to earn all-conference accolades since
Michelle Herman '12 earned second team honors in 2012.

Long's time gave her a 30
th- place finish out of a field of 134 runners. Junior
Amanda Goulden (Wharton, N.J./Morris Hills) followed her finishing in 30:53.8 to place 123
rd and junior
Kayla Nowak (Newtown,
Conn./Newtown) also ran a season-best time of 34:31.4.

On the men's side, sophomore
Daniel Moses (Cape May, N.J./Wildwood Catholic) ran a time of 31:05.1 to place 91
st in the men's 8K race and lead the team to a 15
th-place finish.

Freshman
Logan Franquet (Williamsport, Pa./Loyalsock Township) finished in 33:49.9, to place 117
th. Sophomore
Maverick Stenger (Mifflinburg, Pa./Mifflinburg Area) ran a 34:37.5 to place 122
nd and freshman
Diego Pallares (Cicero, N.J./Wildwood Catholic) ran a 35:12.3, to place 125
th. Senior
John Peters (South Williamsport, Pa./South Williamsport) finished in 36:02.4 (134
th) and sophomore
Hunter Jackson (Warriors Mark, Pa./Tyrone Area) finished in 37:05.9 (141
st) to round out the group.

The Warriors are back in action on Saturday, Nov. 10, when they head to Center Valley, Pa., to compete in the NCAA Mideast Regional at DeSales University. The women's race will start at 11 a.m. and the men's race will begin at 12 p.m.
