HERSHEY, Pa. – Junior Alec Sabatino (Pompton Lakes, N.J./Pompton Lakes) led the Lycoming College golf team in its opening tournament of 2017-18, finishing with a 90 at the par-71, 6,600-yard Elizabethtown Invitational at Hershey Country Club's East Course on Tuesday, Sept. 19.
 
Senior Cale Rice (Danville, Pa./Danville Area) was right behind Sabatino, posting a 91 while notching six pars during his round. Rounding out the team's efforts, senior Dalton Megonnell (New Bloomfield, Pa./West Perry) (103) and sophomore Dan Egan (Upper Darby, Pa./Monsignor Bonner) (121) factored into Lycoming's 405.
 
The Warriors get back on the course on Monday, Oct. 2, when they head to the Muhlenberg Invitational at Lehigh Country Club. Tee-off is set for 12:30 p.m.
