LEBANON, Pa. – Sophomore
Alec Sabatino (Pompton Lakes, N.J./Pompton Lakes) once again led the Lycoming College golf team with a round of 88 at the Lebanon Valley College Invitational on Monday, April 3, at the par-72, 6,562-yard Lebanon Country Club, as the team improved by 21 strokes over its first round of the spring season.

Sabatino led the way for the fourth straight tournament, as he finished in a tie for 38
th place in the field of 61 golfers. The team fired a 366, a solid improvement over its spring-opening round of 387 at the Dickinson Spring Invitational.

Josh Gildea (Center Valley, Pa./Southern Lehigh) improved by six strokes over his first round of the spring, finishing with a 92, and senior
Cale Rice (Danville, Pa./Danville Area) improved by five, posting a 93. Rounding out the team's scoring four, junior
Hailey Fricke (Denver, Pa./Garden Spot) posted a 93.

The Warriors get back in action on Thursday, April 6, when they head to Hershey Country Club's East Course for the Elizabethtown College Spring Tournament. Tee-off is set for 12 p.m.
