HERSHEY, Pa. – Sophomore Alec Sabatino (Pompton Lakes, N.J./Pompton Lakes) led the Lycoming College golf team with a first-round 94 at the par-71, 6,482-yard Hershey Country Club East Course on the first day of the MAC Commonwealth Championship on Saturday, April 29.
 
Sabatino led the Warriors and is a tie for 35^th place. Senior Joe Pawlowski (Shamong, N.J./Seneca) is 41^st after a first-round 110 and senior Conor Chopey (Westfield, N.J./Westfield) is 43^rd after a 117.
 
The Warriors will wrap up the MAC Commonwealth Championship on Sunday, April 30, when they wrap up the two-day tournament at 8 a.m.
