WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -Â Coming off a win against Lebanon Valley that moved it into a three-way tie for third place in the MAC Commonwealth, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will to break that tie when it heads to Stevenson on Saturday, Jan. 7, for a 4 p.m. showdown.
The Warriors (9-4 overall, 3-2 MAC Commonwealth) showed off a balanced effort Lebanon Valley, with four players finishing in double figures, led by senior
Nicole Calella's 18 points and freshman
Akilah McFadden's 15 points and 11 rebounds.Â
The Mustangs (6-6 overall, 3-2 MAC Commonwealth) fell 69-68 to league-leading Messiah in its last outing, as the Mustangs mounted a second-half comeback from down 13 came up just short.
