WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -Â Facing off against alma mater for the first time at Lycoming College, ninth-year head coach
Guy Rancourt and his Lycoming men's basketball team will look for its 13th Dutch Burch Tip-Off Tournament title in the championship game at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19, against Western Connecticut State.
The Warriors (2-0 overall) shot 56 percent in the tournament opener, a 111-81 rout of Penn State Schuylkill. Five players finished in double figures, led by 17 points from senior
David Johnson.
The Colonials (1-0 overall) outlasted Haverford, 78-67, using a 15-5 run in the game's final four minutes to hold on for the win. Jauch Green led the team with 23 points, 11 rebounds, six assists and five steals.
