WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - With a half-game lead in the Commonwealth Conference heading into the final two weeks of the season, the Lycoming College men's basketball team will look to clinch one of the top two seeds in the upcoming conference tournament on Wednesday, Feb. 10, as it hosts third-place Arcadia at Lamade Gym.
The Warriors (15-7 overall, 10-3 Commonwealth) are coming off a 71-55 loss at Albright, as senior
Malcolm Covington led the team with 13 points and freshman
Alex Newbold added nine.
The Knights (11-10 overall, 7-5 Commonwealth) are coming off a 66-49 win over Lebanon Valley, as four players finished in double figures and junior
John Landro posted 15 points and 10 rebounds.
Warrior Notes• The Warriors can clinch a Commonwealth Conference semifinal home game with a win against Arcadia.
