Guy Rancourt is out for a milestone as the Lycoming College men's basketball team faces undefeated Hamilton College on the second day of the Hamilton Invitational on Sunday, Nov. 30.
The Warriors (3-2 overall) opened the invitational with an 81-67 win over SUNYIT. Senior
Malcolm Covington led the team with a career-high tying 16 points, which included a stellar 9-of-10 effort at the free-throw line in the final two minutes to clinch the win.
The Continentals (5-0 overall) posted a 67-59 win over Utica in their invitatinal opener. They shot 50 percent (28-of-56) from the field and were led by 12 points each from freshman Karl Koster and senior Joseph Lin, the brother of Los Angeles Lakers star Jeremy Lin.

Guy Rancourt needs one more win to become the second coach in program history to win 100 games with the Warriors, joining Dutch Burch (1962-94, 318).

Malcolm Covington's 12 made free throws against SUNYIT are the most for a Warrior since Kevin Anthony made 14 at Elizabethtown on Jan. 25, 2014.
• The Warriors shot 50 percent from the field for the first time in 2014-15 against SUNYIT, finishing 26-of-50 (52 percent).
• The last time the Warriors went 2-0 at an in-season tournament not held at Lycoming was at the 2008 Radisson Invitational at the University of Scranton.
