GENESEO, N.Y. – The Lycoming College women's soccer team fell to SUNY Geneseo, 7-0, in non-conference action at Saratoga Field on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 14.
 
Lycoming (1-4 overall) took three shots in the contest and also notched two corner kicks.
 
Geneseo (2-3 overall) got on the board in the fifth minute on a goal by Alexa Vojvodic and added two more in the first half before scoring four in the second period.
 
Senior goalkeeper Caitlin Dougherty (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone) stopped 11 shots for the Warriors while Geneseo keeper Julia Sanger stopped three shots in 82 minutes for the Blue Knights.
 
Erin O'Connor led the Knights with two goals and an assist and both Vojvodic and Alexa Krebs added a goal and and assist.
 
The Warriors get back on the field on Wednesday, Sept. 18, when they host eighth-ranked Misericordia at 4:30 p.m. at the Shangraw Athletic Complex.
