WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - For the second year in a row, the Lycoming College men's basketball team finds itself facing John Jay in a tournament finale inside Lamade Gym, although this time the Warriors will host the Bloodhounds in the Dutch Burch Tip-Off Classic today at 3:30 p.m.
In 2012, the Warriors faced John Jay in the championship of the Louis Fleming Basinger Memorial Tournament, posting a 100-72 win behind a 19-point, 14-assist effort from Jerald Williams '13.
Without Williams in the lineup anymore, the Warriors (1-0 overall) opened the season with a 94-77 win over Penn College on Friday, with posts accounting for 61 points. John Jay (1-0 overall) notched an 80-62 win over Penn State Brandywine.
Game Notes
• Before the game, Dutch Burch Court will be formally dedicated in a ceremony at 3 p.m. Dutch Burch coached the Warriors for 32 seasons, accumulating a school-record 318 wins from 1962-94.

Michael Rudy blocked a school-record seven shots against Penn College on Friday, breaking a standard of six that he himself had reached twice.
