Box Score CHESTER, Pa. – The Lycoming College team fell to regionally-ranked Widener University, 4-0, in Commonwealth Conference action at Leslie C. Quick Jr. Stadium on Friday night, Oct. 11.
 
The Warriors' senior goalkeeper Caitlin Dougherty (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone) stopped six shots, moving within four saves of becoming the 11^th goalkeeper in school history to post 100 saves in a season.
 
Widener (12-1-1 overall, 2-1 Commonwealth) were led by three goals and an assist by Karen Thomas and one goal and two assists from Kelly Buckley.
 
Valarie Pettetti earned the shutout in net, as Lycoming (1-11 overall, 0-3 Commonwealth) took one shot in the game.
 
The Warriors host Albright on Tuesday, Oct. 15, in a Commonwealth Conference match at 4 p.m. at the Shangraw Athletic Complex.
