11 Warriors score as Lycoming downs Becker, 22-5

Box Score MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Eleven members of the Lycoming College women’s lacrosse team figured in the scoring, as the team won its first game of the season by posting a 22-5 victory over Becker College, on Monday morning, March 10, as part of Snowbird Lacrosse in Myrtle Beach.
 
Junior Brooke Strausser (Myerstown, Pa./Conrad Weiser Area) led the Warriors (1-2 overall) with a career-high six goals and an assist and sophomore Sarah Quigley (New City, N.Y./Clarkstown South) added three goals and three assists. Freshman Erin Cieniewicz (Shillington, Pa./Governor Mifflin) also added three goals.
 
Both freshman Casey Maguire (Egg Harbor Township, N.J./Egg Harbor Township) and sophomore Maureen Heagy (Drexel Hill, Pa./Upper Darby) each posted two goals. Freshmen Alysha Conley (Camden, Del./Caesar Rodney), Liz Francescone (Cream Ridge, N.J./Notre Dame) and Kari Rybak (Boothwyn, Pa./Chicester) each added a goal along with junior Lindsay Schilling (Woodbine, Md./South Carroll), junior Hope Pappas (Upper Darby, Pa./Upper Darby) and sophomore Amber Graybill (Pasadena, Md./Northeast).
 
The Hawks fell to 0-1 overall. 

The Warriors wrap up their trip in South Carolina on Thursday, March 15, when they face the University of Rochester at 10 a.m. at the Grand Park Complex.
