LEBANON, Pa. – Behind a 46th-place finish from Robert Jumper, the Lycoming College golf team concluded the 2010 Lebanon Valley College Spring Invitational on the 6,564-yard, par 72 Lebanon Country Club on Monday, April 5. The Warriors finished with 377 team points.

Jumper (Carlise, Pa.) finished with a team-best 87, finishing 15 over par. Junior Jed Simpson (Hillsdale, N.J./Pascack Valley) returned to the club house with a 91, finishing in 69th place. Josh Chmelik (Thurmont, Md./Catocin) rounded out his day in 91st-place finish with a 99, followed closely by Nick Lomauro (Clinton, N.J./North Hunterdon), who shot a 100. James Oberlies (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Joseph’s Prep.) shot a 113 and finished in 102nd place.

Lycoming’s next event with be on Thursday, April 15 at an event hosted by Susquehanna University. The Warriors will tee off at 1 p.m. at the Susquehanna Valley Country Club in Hummels Wharf, Pa.
