Senior Kaitlyn Ober had a solid opening week to earn her first Warrior of the Week honors after averaging 18.7 points, 7.7 rebounds, 2.3 blocks and 2.0 assists per game as the Warriors went 2-1 in a three-game stretch. The 6-0 forward led the Warriors to an 89-46 win over Penn College as she notched her fifth career double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds, also adding four assists and three blocks in the season opener on Tuesday. On Saturday, she topped that by scoring a career-high 27 points to go with five rebounds and four blocks against Pitt-Greensburg, capping the game by hitting the game-winning free throw with 0.3 seconds left to lift the Warriors to a 67-66 win. Ober also had 11 points and nine rebounds in an overtime loss to Rowan on Friday.
