While recovering from an illness that kept her out of the lineup for a game, sophomore Hailey Dayton returned by scoring a career-high 19 points in a 79-61 win over Widener to earn her first career Warrior of the Week award. Dayton posted 19 points while hitting 6-of-11 from the floor and two 3-pointers, as she also added three assists and three rebounds, playing 32 minutes in the win. Dayton scored nine of her points in the third quarter while helping keep a double-digit lead over the Pride, who had just upset Albright, which has qualified for the NCAA Tournament each of the last two years, in its previous game. The sophomore point guard is averaging 6.8 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.
