With a career-high 19 points to lead the women's basketball team to an 85-75 win over Susquehanna, junior Becca Painter has earned her first career Warrior of the Week award. Painter helped the team to a 2-0 week, averaging 10.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game, as she hit 58 percent (7-of-12) of her shots from the field and 83 percent (5-of-6) from 3-point range. She started the week by playing 15 minutes in an 88-35 win over Penn College, posting two points, two rebounds and three assists in the win. She finished the week with 19 points, canning all five of her 3-point attempts at Susquehanna, hitting three clutch trifectas in the fourth quarter, each time stopping a Susquehanna run. She also tied a career-high with four assists in the game, while also posting three rebounds.
