After earning a slot on the Scott Wood All-Tournament Team to open her 2017-18 campaign, sophomore Kayla Kline has earned her first Warrior of the Week honor of the season and the fifth of her career. Kline opened the season by averaging 19.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.0 block during a 2-1 week for the Warriors. She notched 16 points, a career-high seven assists and seven rebounds while helping Warriors score a school-record 108 points against Penn State Hazleton and added 19 points, eight rebounds and four assists in an 81-52 win over Valley Forge, which went 19-5 in 2016-17. Kline finished the week with 22 points and nine rebounds in an 83-74 loss to three-time defending Centennial champs Muhlenberg.
