After hitting .444 at the plate and pitching the team to four wins in the circle, junior Rachael Shady has earned her first career Warrior of the Week award. Shady posted a 4-2 record with a 2.91 ERA in 33.2 innings while the team was on Spring Break, compiling a 7-2 record in Myrtle Beach, S.C. She notched wins over Wis.-Stout, Albertus Magnus, Rutgers-Camden and Centennial Conference favorite Gettysburg, as she tossed a six-hitter in a 2-1 win over the Bullets. At the plate, she put together four multi-hit games, going 12-of-27 (.444) with a double, seven runs scored and five RBI. She went 3-for-3 against Wis.-Stout and 2-for-2 with two runs, two RBI and a double against Keystone. She also had two hits and two runs against Albertus Magnus and scored twice against Mansfield.
