After leading the Warriors to two key wins on the road to keep them in first place in MAC Commonwealth, junior Chris Wallace has earned his third career Warrior of the Week award and his second of the season. In a critical conference game against Alvernia on Wednesday, Wallace posted 10 points, 14 rebounds, a block and a steal, leading the team to a 77-61 win. He added a career-high 26 points to go to six rebounds, two blocks and two steals in a 107-96 win over Arcadia, leading the team from a 25-point first-half deficit to the win. He hit 9-of-10 from the field and 8-of-10 at the line in the win. In the two games, Wallace averaged 18.0 points, 10.0 rebounds, 1.5 blocks and 1.5 steals, shooting 64 percent (14-of-22) from the field. The two wins leaves the Warriors two games up in conference with three games to play.
