Leading the Lycoming women's basketball team by averaging 16.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 3.0 steals, freshman Kayla Kline has earned her first Warrior of the Week award. Kline started the week by posting 24 points, the most for a Warrior freshman since 2007, as she hit five old-fashioned 3-point plays in a 60-54 loss to 20th-ranked Messiah. She followed that with nine points, five rebounds and a career-high five assists in Lycoming's important 91-63 win over Widener on Saturday, while having to play just 21 minutes. Kline is averaging 10.0 points and 5.9 rebounds in her rookie year with the Warriors.
