By becoming the first Lycoming College athlete to earn all-conference honors in 2016-17, freshman Quincy Amabile has earned his third Warrior of the Week award of the year. Amabile became the first Warrior men's cross country runner since 2000 to earn all-conference accolades when he finished 12th at the MAC Championships at Messiah College on Saturday, posting a time of 27:21.2 on the 8K course to earn Second Team All-MAC honors.He also helped the team improve two spots in the team standings to 11th in a 16-team field.
