A perfect 4-0 week to help the Lycoming women's tennis team to a pair of wins over MAC Freedom schools has secured freshman Hannah Summerson's first career Warrior of the Weeka ward. Summerson helped secure a 5-4 win over FDU-Florham by posting a 6-1, 6-0 win over Remy Astorino at No. 1 singles and an 8-1 win over Raven Dowling and Rhiannon Eppinger at No. 2 doubles with partner Julia Nagle. She followed that with a 7-5, 6-0 win over King's Emily Kabalka at No. 1 singles and a 8-1 win with Nagle over Alyssa Santarelli and Thea Seasock at No. 2 doubles to lead Warriors to 9-0 win. Summerson is now 5-1 on season at No. 1 singles and 3-2 in doubles action and she is the first Warrior to win five No. 1 singles matches since 2011-12. The Warriors, meanwhile, are 5-1 for first time since 2002 thanks to her presence at top of lineup.
