Lycoming College

With the eighth-best performance in program history in his debut with the Lycoming College men's cross country team, freshman Quincy Amabile has earned his first career Warrior of the Week award. Amabile took third at the Highlander Invitational at Cairn University, finishing with a 28:17.05 in his 8K debut while posting the best time for a four-year college runner in the race. Only Monroe College's James Majenge (27:10.83) and Vincent Kibunja (27:11.61) finished ahead of him.
