A record-breaking performance and another week at the top of the NCAA's points-per-game list has helped senior Meghenn Jackson earn her fifth Warrior of the Week award of the season and the seventh of her career. Jackson started the week with seven goals against Stevenson in a 13-12 overtime loss against the team that was predicted to finish second in the MAC Commonwealth preseason poll. On Saturday, she added six more goals and two assists to help her break the school's single-season record for points. She broke the goal less than five minutes into the game, setting the mark held by Brenda MacPhail in 2000 (92 points). Her 15-point week leaves her just one shy of becoming the first player in school history to post 100 in a season, while her 7.62 points per game still leads the NCAA. With 69 goals, Jackson is tied for fourth in school history, just 11 from the school record of 80 set by Grace Gargiulo in 2011. Her 30 assists are also fourth in school history, 10 from the record of 40 set by Heather Suit in 2007.
