With a big week in the circle and at the plate, senior Kristi Weaver has earned her fourth career Warrior of the Week award and her first of the season. During a week in Myrtle Beach, she helped Lycoming out to a program-best tying 8-1 record while hitting .429 with nine RBI and also posting a 3-1 record in the circle with a miniscule 0.95 ERA. Weaver had a breakthrough game against Sweet Briar, going 4-for-4 with three runs, three doubles and two RBI, setting the school record for career doubles during the game. To cap the week, she added another 4-for-4 effort with four RBI in a 5-1 win over Robert Morris-Springfield, all while pitching a five-hitter. She added a double and an RBI in a 6-1 win over Hunter. In the circle, she notched three complete-game efforts in which she didn't allow an earned run against Anna Maria, Hilbert and Robert Morris-Springfield. She struck out six against Anna Maria and five against Hilbert to cap the week with 12 strikeouts and one walk.
